* COOKING
Dr. Claude loves to cook
delicious meals. A few years ago, he
used to cook vegetarian meals for participants at meditation retreats. His secret is to feel bliss at every step of
the process: from the moment you start to think about preparing a meal, through
all the intermediate steps of buying the ingredients, preparing them, cooking
them, presenting them on the serving dishes (making sure to keep bright colors
and harmonize the colors), to eating the meal, digesting it, and “releasing”
it. People who have tasted his food
always want the recipes for the dishes he prepared for them, but he always
answers that the main ingredient is the attention, love and consciousness with
which you go through the above steps. Inspired to have Dinner
