UNCONDITIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
FOR PERMANENT FREEDOM FROM ANY UNWANTED
CONDITION IN YOUR LIFE
Have you ever wished there was a simple way of
BEING FREE—NOW and FOREVER—from any unwanted condition in YOUR life? By unwanted
conditions, I mean those things in your life that you tend to complain about,
have tried to get rid of for a long time—maybe years or even decades--yet seem
to be STUCK WITH, like a poor victim of life and circumstances? You probably
have wished for such easy freedom, but wonder if it is really possible…and
HOW!!
Well REJOICE, because YOU are about to discover
such a way— simple, quick, effective and powerful. The reason I am using the
expression, "UNCONDITIONAL" freedom, is that YOU will quickly realize
that you no longer HAVE TO deal with the presumed causes of an unwanted
condition (UC), in order to be free from that particular UC; you can simply BE
FREE of it DIRECTLY, WITHOUT having to change anything else in your life.
Once you will have had that experience of
having created freedom YOURSELF, you’ll know--not just intellectually, but very
deeply--that there is NO REASON why you should ever be stuck with that UC
again, unless YOU consciously choose to. That realization through direct
experience is very empowering and it will leave you with inner peace and
freedom.
The common way most of us try to get rid of a
UC is by identifying its causes, and then going to work on getting rid of these
causes--which usually amounts to getting "stuck" with several other UCs, while trying to get rid of the one you started
with!!!! For example, if you are interested in being free from the
UC "I am overweight and I am depressed about it", you will usually get on a diet and exercise
program, because you believe that “eating too much” and “not exercising enough”
are CAUSING your UC.
And even though this approach (of trying to get
rid of the causes in order to get rid of the effect, which is the UC) may
produce some results at first, it almost always fails and the problem comes
back and even gets worse. Indeed, after
a while, you’ll not only feel depressed about your overweight, but you’ll
usually feel even more depressed of now HAVING TO spend your precious time on a
treadmill early morning (when you’d rather stay in bed), and HAVING TO make
sacrifices such as avoiding to eat certain foods (especially the ones you
love), and so you effectively turned the UC you started with into more UCs.
Plus it consumes more of your time, energy and
money, and prevents you from living the life you really want, because you now
have to deal with more UCs. Considering that you deal with an
ever-growing number of UCs, no wonder that you are so
tired and look forward to going to sleep (to give yourself a break from feeling
how hopeless it all seems).
In the Unconditional
Freedom Session, Unconditional Freedom Workshop or Unconditional
Freedom TeleWorkshop, you’ll learn how to
create freedom from the initial UC directly—without having to deal with its
presumed causes. The initial UC for most people is probably something
like this: “I am unhappy”, or “I am not fulfilled”, or “I don’t feel good”, or
“This is no fun”, etc. Once you are free
from that UC, you can still FREELY CHOOSE to do those other things (such as
exercise and diet), but you won’t feel FORCED to do them (for example, IN ORDER
TO lose weight and feel good). This brings back joy and motivation to life.
Otherwise, if you HAVE TO do all these other
things IN ORDER TO BE FREE; it's NOT really freedom, is it? It looks like more
bondage; I call that kind of freedom CONDITIONAL freedom from the
UC. Now, there is nothing wrong with that approach. After all, that's how most people go about
their life, and they couldn't all be wrong, right? However, that approach is
more complex and consumes a lot more of your time, energy, money and
LIFE!!
I am offering a different approach which is
very EASY and works very FAST. Then the person can FREELY choose whatever
they desire to do (or not do), rather than being trapped in a vicious circle of
HAVING TO do (or not do). So what is YOUR choice? Crawling or flying to
freedom? Remember, once you are free, anything
is possible, and you can finally focus on fulfilling your real dreams and
desires (Heck, you might even choose to create being stuck again, if you ever
long for that state of life again).
This unconditional freedom process is very
simple: all I teach is the basic idea I came up with, a few years ago, and a
series of simple questions which will help you to "wake up": to get
present to reality, and to realize how you got stuck with your UCs, and why you can easily be free of them, and I will
give you an opportunity to choose that freedom (or not). Most of the
freedom workshop is EXPERIENTIAL; I work with the group as a whole, or
individually with any volunteers; most people get the freedom no matter
what. There is never any pressure, I always leave the choice to the
students, and honor that choice.
So rather than giving you more
"theories" about--and causes for--your unwanted conditions in life,
and telling you more stuff TO DO in order to deal with and get rid of these
"new" causes, I just ask you simple questions and listen to your
answers. And suddenly the light bulb
will turn on in your mind and heart; and YOU WILL come up with YOUR own
empowering answers.
And that’s what it usually takes; no practices,
no time spent on various daily routines.
Just live your beautiful life after that. If you ever do get stuck again, you can
always come back, or just go through the process on your own or with a friend
(when you come to the session, I’ll give you a worksheet with the simple
questions that I ask; you can use it anytime in the future if you ever need
to).
Although you may never have asked yourself
those simple questions in a systematic way, you will get familiar with them
very quickly and, after a while, the questions almost become unnecessary.
It is truly amazing—almost magical—and yet it will make total sense when you
get it. It always has been your way to real freedom. Go figure!!!
